The morning sheet
Four locations, one page, built from what the point of sale already knows. This is the page a
multi-site operator puts together by hand before opening, and the one most of them stop making
somewhere around the third site. It loads with sample data so it always works; point it at a
Square sandbox and the same page fills from a real API.
What you are looking at. Every line is derived, not typed. A site is flagged when it moved
against its own normal for this weekday, not against the group, because comparing a
ninety-seat room to a food-hall counter tells you nothing. Labour is flagged on its share of
sales. Voids are flagged as a rate, so three voids in a four-hundred-order day stay quiet and
three in a forty-order day do not.
